Cicely Victoria, prominently known as “The Firestarter,” was born and raised in Chicago. As owner and founder of Passion International, Cicely specializes in empowerment, energy, and thought leadership. As a Certified Professional Coach and Counselor, Cicely is passionate about the subject of Personal Identity. She is an equipper of people and revealer of truth and wisdom with a focused expertise in teen and young adult populations while maintaining relevance for all generations.
Through the power of coaching and counseling The Firestarter helps, trains, and equips people to find their voice of identity so they can stop “people-pleasing” and be empowered in Courage, Confidence, and Communication! Cicely holds multiple degrees including Education
and Counseling; using this love of knowledge and building others inspired her own Passion Talk Bookclub hosted in the city of Chicago focused on developing individuals within community in their soul health and emotional intelligence. Cicely Victoria provides counseling, teaching, consulting,
training/development, and coaching services to individuals, groups, ministries, schools, communities, businesses and various other organizations. As the Queen of Empowerment she sets lives on FIRE for a living and that's why they call her The Firestarter!!!
